We want you to love your purchases! We inspect each item before shipping out, however if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of order and we will discuss the best option to remedy the situation.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a refund in the manner it was paid.
- If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reasons than listed above we will be happy to exchange your item for a different size (if available) or issue a store credit to apply to your next purchase.
TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Please e mail us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Please tell us the item you would like to return and what the issue is. (Including desired size or item you would like to receive in exchange)
- We will send you an email with a return postage slip. A flat rate of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund/credit for return ship.
- Please allow our team 3-5 business days to process your return. When processed, you will receive an email containing your discount code to apply to your next order (or refund confirmation in cases of defective items).

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately there are a few items we will not be able to issue refund/credits for.
- All accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- All discounted/sale items are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. If you have specific questions about the fit or condition of an item, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will answer any and all questions to the best of our ability.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, there was an error made on our end.
